Bespoke Baby Box Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This excludes personalised made to order items unless faulty or personalisation is in error on our behalf, please check that your personalisation is correct when placing your order as it cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-worn or unused, un-opened, with tags and in its original packaging. Only faulty personalised items can be returned.
Please note, personalised orders are exactly that and may appear different to the images on the website depending on how many characters and lines you wish to use. We do not accept returns on any personalised items that you do not like the final outcome of. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering at email@example.com
To request a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with REFUND and your order number in the subject heading followed by an email with the reason for your refund, also please include any photos to support this. We will then contact you with the best solution to solve the issue in the fastest way we can.
Please note that anything which has to be returned will be at your own cost.
